We Need Your Help!

M-A Little League is an entirely volunteer-run organization and registration fees only cover about 40% of the operational costs including uniforms and field rentals.
The annual Hit-A-Thon is on Sunday, May 4th and is our only annual fundraiser (raises about 50% of our operation costs). The overall target for the 2025 event is $100,000. This helps us expand developmental programs while keeping registration costs low so all families can participate. HAT helps pay for:
- Scholarships
- Player & coach development (i.e. batting time, trainings, etc.)
- Field maintenance
- Umpires
- Safety measures
- Operations & Insurance
- Game streaming equipment
- Special events like “Under The Lights”
How it works: Each player has a fundraising page on 99 Pledges. They are encouraged to reach out to family, friends, neighbors, host a bake sale, etc. to raise at least $250 on their fundraising page. On Sunday, May 4th, each player will get the opportunity to hit 10 pitches to see how FAR they can hit it! There are prizes for players and teams with the highest dollar amounts or participation. While we acknowledge a per foot donation makes sense given this is an “a-thon”, flat donations are far preferred to enable better tracking of progress toward our goal and simplify the event logistics.
In addition, Majors level players will be participating in the annual:
- Home Run Derby
- Golden Arm Competition
- Base Running Competition
Also, Menlo-Atherton Little League, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Tax ID 23-7392272) so your donation may be tax deductible.
We appreciate your generous support which helps us continue to deliver a special baseball experience for the community.
