Player Evaluation Times:

• 9:00-9:20 am - Age 7 - Last names A-L
• 9:20-9:40 am - Age 7 - Last names M-Z
• 9:45-10:05 am - Age 8 - Last names A-L
• 10:05-10:25 am - Age 8 - Last names M-Z
• 10:30-10:50 am - Age 9 - Last names A-L
• 10:50 am-11:10 am - Age 9 - Last names M-Z
• 11:15-11:35 am - Age 10 - Last names A-L
• 11:35-11:55 am - Age 10 - Last names M-Z
• 12:00-12:30 pm - Lunch Break
• 12:30-1:15 pm - Age 11
• 1:15 pm-2:00 pm - Age 12

Note: If you can't attend your specific time, please attend a different time that day

Details:

• Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled evaluation time so that your child can warm up away from the ongoing evaluations (likely in deep right field) either with you, or with a friend in their age group.
• Players should wear baseball attire including cleats and a hat
• Players should bring all their own equipment; helmet, bat, glove.
• When you arrive, M-A League volunteers will have a check-in table set up in center field of the baseball field and will assist with directions.
• Parents are asked to stay off of the field at all times during the evaluations.  You are free to watch from behind the backstop, but please do not unnecessarily linger or interfere with the drills.
• Please bring any old equipment you’d like to donate, and feel free to “shop” for equipment while you’re waiting
